Adopted by the Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union (AU) at its 1180th meeting held on 23 October 2023 dedicated to the situation in the Republic of Gabon.

On the 19th October 2023, the African Union in collaboration with the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU), the United Nations Department of Peace Operations (DPO),  and the World Bank Group (WB)

On October 12, SRSG Parfait Onanga-Anyanga briefed the UN Security Council at the 9435th meeting which was on the cooperation between the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations in maintaining international peace and security. Click on the YouTube link below.
