The Council expressed deep concern over CAR stakeholders’ disagreement on the organisation of the Constitutional Referendum and called on all concerned stakeholders to peacefully resolve their political differences.

With deep concern, the Council strongly condemned the senseless and unjustified conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), and demanded the warring parties to immediately ceasefire, without any preconditions.
